New Affordable Housing in North St. Louis!

LINDELL BANK is proud to announce its sponsorship of Justine Petersen Housing & Reinvestment Corp., a St. Louis-based nonprofit, the recipient of an Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grant awarded by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines!
This grant will fund the renovation of LINDELL BANK'S former North Grand building into 17 affordable housing apartments, while also serving as the new home office for Justine Petersen.
This project represents a significant investment in a low-to-moderate income neighborhood, expanding access to quality, affordable housing, and strengthening community stability. Justine Petersen, a respected nonprofit with a strong history of advancing economic mobility, will continue this mission-driven work from this long-standing community property.
